All orders will be shipped within 2 days (Mon-Fri) occasionally this time will be slightly longer.. Any orders placed after 11am on a Friday or on a weekend will go out on Monday.

We will ship your order to an address that you specify for delivery. It is important that this address is accurate and includes building names or numbers where needed. We cannot accept any liability for any loss or damage to the goods once they have been delivered in accordance with your delivery instructions (unless this is caused by our negligence).
We aim to deliver the goods by the date quoted for delivery but this is not guaranteed. Please understand that once your order has left the studio it is out of our control and therefore we cannot claim responsibility of delayed or late packages via postal services.
All sales are final. We accept returns or exchanges only for product damaged in transit or if the incorrect item was shipped to you.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Refunds and Exchanges
To be eligible for a refund or exchange, you must first email us within 7 days of receiving your order at email@example.com to alert us of the damage or mistake. We’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Upon receipt of the damaged or incorrect item, we will ship out a replacement. If a replacement is not available we will refund the full purchase price of your item.
Returns for damaged custom products (such as special orders or personalized items) are evaluated on a case by case basis and we will work with you to find an appropriate solution.
Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
